Your Role as a Social Media Manager

- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Foster meaningful connections and interactions with our online community by responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, PR, and Customer Support to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message.
- Develop paid social media campaigns to promote upcoming products, events, or initiatives to expand our reach.
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns to leverage industry authority figures for brand promotion.
- Stay informed about competitors’ activities and conduct market research to identify emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or a related role, preferably within a reputable company.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey our brand message.
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to generate imaginative content ideas.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
